I have found since teaching the Stav Stances here in the USA, the whole family is getting involved. The Hafskjold System of Stav was taught by, family passing the knowledge down orally to other family members. With the whole family involved it makes learning and training so much easier.

On a more personal note, I am a practicing priestess, ordained by World Ministries under the name Priestess Tonya Langley.
My ethnic race is a mixture of: German, Tsalagi, French and Irish. My Tsalagi name u no le e la di - e da s di (phonetically pronounced: oonola a law de - a daa shdi) which means "Wind Walker" or "One who Walks on the Wind" or possibly "One Who Walks With the Wind" I have also been tracing my European roots and have recently located my families crest, see below:
I have an Associates degree in Science, a Bachelors degree in Business Management. I'm attending the University of Texas working to complete my Masters Degree in Environmental Sciences.
I am self-employed.
I am a certified massage therapist.
I read, write and speak fluent Spanish.
I am a Notary for the state of Texas.
Martial training: I enjoy the martial arts for the exercise, energy and balancing the mind. The last three years I have studied Shotokan and Katas. I have been a student of Stav for two years. We use 6 weapons to train with in Stav and I prefer the walking stick and staff. I have been working to make a spear by hand for the last month.
My hobbies include: Stav, my animals, riding my Harley, reading, writing, drawing, music, golf, scuba diving, traveling and the study of religions. With the help and guidance of Ivar Hafskjold- Heimbu and Christopher Lambert - Ynglinga Ve', I have recently found archery to be very awarding.
