Rune Stances

There are 16 Hafksjold Rune Stances used in Stav. Below are some examples:

Darren Wells of the Oxford Hov, demonstrating the Nod Rune Stance.

Ivar Hafskjold/Heimbu and Master Shaun Brassfield-Thorpe
Of the Valgarth Hov, teaching new students the Bjork
Rune Stance.

Kenneth, Jessica, Tonya, Dawn and Preston of the Heimdalla Ve', working on the Thor Rune Stance.

Alex Fell-Bowers of the Tyr Ve', demonstrating the Tyr Rune Stance.

Master Shaun Brassfield-Thorpe of the Valgarth Hov and Master Ronayne Martens-Loderus of the San Francisco Hov, demonstrating the Yr Rune Stance under extreme conditions. When you reach the meditation state while in stance, there should be no distractions.
