Hello.  Welcome to the World Wide Web (WWW).  This is your new homepage.  This is provided just as a very simple example.  You will probably want to create your own homepage named "index.htm."  A homepage named "index.htm" will load your own homepage before this file "default.htm."

To access your web page directory you will need to establish an FTP session with your web server.  To see more information about FTP click here.  We suggest "WS_FTP Limited Edition" software.  It's very easy to use.  To download click here. 

Your UserName and Password are the same ones as your internet service account.

The FTP host name for WTC customers this is "home.wamego.net."

Simply upload the files for your website into your directory.  You account is limited to 5MB.  When your account reaches the 5MB limit you will no longer be able to upload files.  If you want more, you may purchase increments of 5MB for $5.00 per month.

For a homepage that loads automatically, be sure to name it "index.htm," which is the name of this file.  It will load automatically instead of this "default.htm" file.  You will continue to have this file for future reference but you will have to specifically type in "default.htm" such as: http://home.wamego.net/YOURUSERNAME/default.htm in the URL box..
